Who we are

Fluent is a natural language interface and data analytics platform, placing a conversational layer over your structured data, liberating your data team from ad-hoc requests with self-serve insights.

At Fluent we leverage LLMs to solve two problems, one, to help your data team spend less time on ad-hoc queries, and more time focusing on the deeper analysis which can really help transformation organisations. Two, to allow anyone to be able to ask their data questions and receive answers in plain English.

Why Fluent?

Fluent philosphy is to be universally accessible as a company-wide BI tool, powered by AI, and governed easily by a data team. Data shouldn’t be an opaque concept within an organisation, and a business user’s curiosity for new insights shouldn’t be a hindrance.

The way we see it, anyone should be able to ask data questions, anytime, without difficulty, upskilling or a lack of explainability. We developed Fluent’s text-to-SQL capabilities to facilitate intellligent, clear conversations with users, built on a Metrics layer. This metrics layer allows the governing data team to easily update, manage and understand how Fluent is thinking as their dedicated AI support system.
